Charlotte is a graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology where she earned her B.S. in Business with a focus on business analytics and technology.
Charlotte, along with her business partners, currently sponsors the repositioning of 18 value-add and turnaround mobile home parks, created over $500,000 in asset value in the past 12 months.
Following an engineering degree from SUNY Buffalo, Rick became the Director of Operations for a large international engineering firm with several managerial responsibilities. Subsequently, Rick established a consultancy with annual revenues of $1MM. Rick has published several technical papers on engineering issues and has delivered presentations at any national committees and conferences.
Rick’s exceptional analytical training and experience advanced him into real estate as an asset manager for several companies. With over 20 years in the acquisition, development and management of various real estate asset classes, Rick’s focus is on mobile home parks. He has structured, organized and sold several entities with interests in joint ventures, partnerships and real estate funds with projects in excess of $750,000. He is also familiar with SEC regulations, contract law and asset protection and likes to say that is job is “Fixing Broken Assets.”
Steve’s background includes the performance of loss control surveys/safety inspections at various types of businesses to provide underwriters with detailed accounting and reports. He was the Division Safety Manger for Lowe’s where he oversaw all aspects of safety management, responded to OSHA citations, worked with the Incident Management Team and was the liaison between store management personnel and Lowe’s corporate departments. Steve was also the Safety Executive at the corporate level for Home Depot.
He brings this vast background to Johns Creek Capital as its Value-Add Coordinator where his responsibilities include coordinating functions relative to Value-Add or Higher and Better Use activities of existing mobile home parks under management by the Company. Steve is directly involved with various marketing campaigns including internet interactions, entering web content, bid processes, publications, press releases, signage and contact with vendors.
He also coordinates the implementation of strategies to ensure overall Value-Add project goals are met.
